Request data deletion

You can request deletion of information received through the Vila Earthworks Messenger app.

1. Send your request

Call +678 547 1401 or +678 778 2369, or message the Vila Earthworks Facebook Page and state that you want your Messenger app data deleted.

2. Verification

We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to your Messenger conversation and prevent unauthorised deletion.

3. Deletion

After verification, we delete or anonymise Messenger identifiers, message content, attachments and related enquiry records controlled by Vila Earthworks, except records that must be retained for legal or active service obligations.

4. Confirmation

Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days. We confirm completion using the contact method associated with the request.
